In his role at VVLBW, Vaiana focuses  on criminal defense, striving to produce suitable results for each client’s needs by utilizing all tools of the criminal justice system.

Vaiana is a respected author and commentator, regularly co-authoring articles for Indiana Lawyer magazine and serving as a guest on WTLC and WFNI radio stations. He has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer for the years 2007-2013, inclusive, by Indianapolis Monthly and Law and Politics Magazines, and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Indiana for the years 2011-2013, by The National Trial Lawyers.   In 2013, he achieved www.avvo.com highest rating of Superb.  In addition, he’s held memberships in The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, and the criminal justice section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
