Jennifer M. Lukemeyer

Jennifer Lukemeyer joined VVLBW in 1997 after serving as a public defender. She focuses her statewide practice in the area of criminal defense. She has represented people accused of murder, robbery, drug dealing/possession, forgery, gun crimes, white collar crimes, drunk driving, sex offenses, domestic violence, and minor misdemeanors. She also represents juveniles accused of crimes as well as parents at risk of having their children removed from their care. In her role as a defense attorney, Jennifer has argued cases before the Indiana Supreme Court.

As another facet of her practice, Lukemeyer represents professionals whose licenses are in danger of being revoked by their respective professional boards. She also handles post-conviction relief matters, violation of probation allegations and sentence modification requests.  Her practice has included jury trials and bench trials all over the state and in federal court.
